Feel the nutrient that is coming from ULL. Relax yourself; you will feel that every molecule on your spirit is suckling. Like a baby suckling mother's milk, just peacefully suckling, in the compassionate and warm embrace of ULL. This (nutrient) is essential to every being. Let go of everything, return to the embrace of ULL, just enjoy.

ULL wants to give you comfort; nothing else is important. Relax yourself within ULL, and all the people, events and surrounds will easily be fulfilled. There is no need to think about how to relax, when you have spent enough time walking in the big circle, you will naturally relax. This is the method, the path that ULL is guiding you, to step-by-step return to the center within.

Use your heart to feel; every cell, every molecule is suckling ULL, receiving the compassion from ULL. Every cell, every molecule is breathing in deeply; breathe into every part of you, filling it thoroughly. Once you connect to ULL, your inner center is awakened.

Whether you are practicing HoChi, walking in a big circle, or standing like a pine, you can follow the dharma that Laoshi is guiding, follow the vast compassion field, and enjoy this immersion of spirit. Just experience the state, don't try to analyze; you use your mind to analyze everyday in your daily life, now just let it all go. The more familiar you become with ULL, the stronger the feeling, the more confidence you will have.

Laoshi guides you again and again, so it becomes easier and easier, clearer and clearer, how to walk this inner path. Once you are inside, you will realize "There is no separation, all are one." Then you will let go, and transcend. Laoshi wants to guide you to connect to ULL, to connect to this source of light in the universe. To inspire you, to guide you, to awaken your inner light, to step-by-step bring you back to the source of light within your inner being. To use this light of inner spirit, to radiate light and love, to fill yourself, to illuminate yourself, to become a new being radiating ULL. This is a radiant new being of ULL. It starts with you, when your body, mind and spirit are all in alignment; there are no more blockages. When you are aligned within, everything will be aligned.
