Dharma for Standing Like a Pine
Look inwards, but don't use too much effort, the inner light will guide you. Return to the center point, relax from this inner core. Focus inwards, gently observe within, when you become aware of an area that is tense, relax it. Relaxing yourself is being kind to yourself. When you can relax yourself, you are able to be relaxed with other people.
